Nosworthy, on loan from Sunderland, sustained an ankle injury against Burnley on New Year's Day and has been sidelined since. Manager Micky Adams, who this week drafted in former Blades boss Dave Bassett on a consultancy basis, could include Nosworthy in his starting line-up as fellow defender Rob Kozluk is suspended after his dismissal in last week's defeat at Ipswich.
